Refund policy

SUJATA GAZDER, INC. - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged garments in original condition with tags in place may be returned for a refund or exchanged for an alternative item within 15 days of receipt of the package to the original method of payment. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Sujata Gazder, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email sales@sujatagazder.com with the subject line “RETURN” and your order number for authorization and a return shipping label.

We deduct a flat fee of $10 from your refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that all sale items are final sale. 

PRE-ORDER

Most dresses ship within 6 weeks unless they require detailed hand embellishments, which may ship in 8 weeks.

You will receive updated tracking information when your pre-ordered item is shipped to you.

Pre-order items are eligible for returns and exchanges in accordance with our standard return policy, detailed above.
