SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS

We can ship only to customers within the United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.

For customers living in the contiguous United States, all economy shipping is free. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping cost is determined at checkout and will vary based on delivery fees.

For customers living in Canada, our shipping fees cover transit costs only. Your order may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and carrier brokerage fees once the shipment arrives in the destination country. These additional fees are not included in our checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The carrier will notify you of any applicable duties or taxes required to release your shipment from customs. Please note that if you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, the original shipping fees, any return transit costs, and clearance fees will be deducted from your final refund.

Sujata Gazder, Inc. is not liable for items shipped to PO Boxes. Sujata Gazder, Inc. is not responsible for any errors made in customer-entered shipping information. All information should be verified at the time the order is placed.

Once the package is in the hands of the selected shipper, Sujata Gazder, Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, acts of God or technical difficulties experienced by the Shipper.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

International customers outside the US/ Canada, Hawaii and  Alaska should contact international retail partners for international commercial inquiries.
